Juggernaut Media considers your privacy important. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all those who provide us with their contact information while using our services. This policy describes the ways that personally identifiable and anonymous information about our publication subscribers, online media product users, and event registrants is collected, how that information might be shared, and how someone can request changes to the way their personal information is used or shared.

Information You Volunteer

Most of your personal information will be kept in the strictest of confidence. Your full address and most personal information will be used solely for the search functions of our site and will not be available to the general user. However, considering the goal of the site to allow you to communicate directly with potential employers...your email, web address, and contact information will need to be provided to registered users for that purpose.

Personally identifiable information is information that can identify you, such as your full name, email address, postal address(which again is never fully viewable by the general user), telephone number, and fax number.

Juggernaut Media does not, at this time, share information with third parties and has no plans to do so. If the need arises to do so in the future evolution of this site and any other site owned, operated, or maintained by Juggernaut Media, a complete opt out system will be put into place to offer users an opt out of any systems that maybe put into place. Past and new users will be notified of and given opportunity to opt out of any system that may be put into place in the future.

The only sharing of information, at this time, is that information of and by users that is freely volunteered to assist in the acquiring of employment by searching parties so that they may find the shooters that they need for a particular job for a particular period of employment. Juggernaut Media takes no responsibility, however, for what those searchers and/or potential employers may choose to do with that information.

Juggernaut Media will at times have need to contact users for renewal notices, changes in services, marketing analysis, or updates to the site, but these should be the only electronic messages that any user should receive.

Certain information, such as your password, is never disclosed in any form whatsoever to any outside party. Credit card information is not retained by in any form by Juggernaut Media at this time. And of course we will provide your contact info and web site info with potential employers only to facilitate the possibility of you gaining employment and or freelance work. However, searching parties or any other party cannot see your complete address. It is only collected for the distance from location information.

Information Transfer

Juggernaut Media Inc. is based in the United States of America. Any information you provide may be stored and maintained in a secure database in the United States or transferred to a secure database outside the United States.

In the case of a change of ownership or a merger involving Juggernaut Media or any business that is part of Juggernaut Media, your contact information associated with that business would be one of those transferred assets.

How We Keep Your Information Secure

We use reasonable precautions, including appropriate technical, administrative, and physical procedures, to protect personal information from loss, misuse, or alteration.

When we contract with other companies to provide us with services, we only share personal information with those that we believe share our commitment to privacy and information security. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for the actions of these parties.
